My overall experience with my salesman Aki Coles snd Edward Chevrolet can be summed up with two extremely important words, honesty and integrity. Aki discussed Edward Chevrolet's upfront pricing with me, which is also shared on their website. Aki was very diligent in seeking the best deal and financing rate possible for my budget. And I had absolutely no surprises in the financing office.

I had already spoken to the parts department and they had my parts waiting on me when I got there. The service writer took my order, fixed one of my issues on the spot which turned out to be only a loose nut. Many other dealerships would have gone ahead and done they more expensive repair and billed me for it. The work that did have to be done, was completed in a timely manner and I was right back on my way. Fast and easy checkout, excellent Parts service, and fast repairs. What else can you ask for?

He explains and always follows up with “do you have any questions for me?” Thank you for explanations as well as listening.
